BPX Solutions PP-48ST Product Details: 

The BPX Solutions PP-48ST is an all-in-one sealer chamber that combines a compact L sealer and hooded shrink chamber. With "Band Seal Technology," this machine utilizes magnetic hold down for the sealing and shrinking process, as well as a pinwheel hole punch and locking casters. The seal area measures 12" W x 18.5" L and can reach speeds of 2 - 6 packages per minute.

The operator simply loads the product onto the tray, sandwiched between two layers of centerfold film, and then moves it into the sealing area by lowering the hood. The dual magnets apply pressure to create a strong seal, while the automatic magnetic hold down keeps the hood in place until the film has shrunk. When the shrinking is complete, the hood automatically raises and the operator can remove the finished package, making for a complete cycle time of approximately 5-10 seconds.
