The ColorCut FB1175 is the new flagship model in the Intec flatbed range, offering a high-performance cutting solution with a B1+ cutting table for large format sheet cutting. It is equipped with the latest high-speed servo motors, ensuring fast, accurate, and productive cutting at speeds up to 1,200mm/second. 

Dual Tool Cutting Head: 

This model features an enhanced dual tool cutting head that delivers up to 1,500gf pressure for creasing and 1,2000gf for cutting. It can handle paper/card materials of up to 1,000 micron thickness, providing versatility for various applications. 

Innovative Design: 

The FB1175’s groundbreaking design includes a sleek control panel dashboard with a state-of-the-art 5" immersive touch panel control, enhancing the user experience.

Productivity-Focused: 

With 'Time is Money' as a core design theme, the FB1175 allows for multiple jobs to be placed on the table simultaneously. The included ColorCut Pro software features a 'Productivity Mode' for efficient N-up sheet processing, even with mixed jobs. 

Material Compatibility: 

The large B1+ cutting table accomodates sheets up to 800 x 1100mm and is ideal for SRA2, SRA3, or SRA4 sizes. The powerful 400W vacuum pump secures printed sheets during operation, and the cutter comes with a grey felt mat for full cuts and a green self-healing mat for kiss-cuts.
